Halo Dr, Ranch Rd, Vensus Dr, St Joseph Trail water outage/boil water

October 13, 2026

Customers on Halo Dr, Ranch Rd, Vensus Dr, and St. Joseph Trail water is off due to the contractor putting in fiber optics hitting our line. We are hoping to have water restored around 3:00 pm today.

Once water is turned back on customers affected by this outage will be under a boil water advisory until further notice.  Boil water advisories usually last 2 days and we will contact you once the boil water advisory has been lifted.

Once water is turned back on customers affected by this outage will be under a boil water advisory until further notice.  Boil water advisories usually last 2 days and we will contact you once the boil water advisory has been lifted.

DO NOT DRINK THE WATER WITHOUT BOILING IT FIRST.

Bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Boiling your water kills bacteria and other organisms in the water.

As always we thank you for your patience during this time.
